Does Paul Mitchell own salons?
No, Paul Mitchell does not own or operate any salons. Paul Mitchell Focus Salons, Platinum Select Salons, Stylist Select locations and any other salons that carry our products are all independently owned and operated.
Are any John Paul Mitchell Systems products gluten-free?
Yes, we offer many gluten-free options! When applicable, you will find this information indicated on the details tab of our product pages.
Do you test your products on animals?
Never have, never will. We're proud to say that none of our products are tested on animals! In fact, we were the first professional beauty company to announce that we don't conduct or endorse animal testing. To learn more about how we take care of our furry friends, click here.
How do I know which product is right for my type of hair?
Enlisting the help of a Paul Mitchell professional is the best way to determine which products are best for your hair. Visit your local salon for recommendations.
Shipping:
General shipping for Ireland is €5.00 and generally takes 1-2 working days.
Delivery is free on orders over €35.00.
Delivery for the UK is €8.00 and generally takes 3-5 working days.
Please note: Black Friday delivery may take longer than usual.
At the moment we do not deliver outside of Ireland and the UK.
We must be provided with a phone number so that you can be contacted by the courier company.
We will not be held liable for any postal delays which may occasionally occur.
Returns:
If you are not happy with your purchase you have 14 days to apply for a refund or replacement. To apply for a refund please contact info@nationalbeauty.ie.
Please note: We can only refund or replace items purchased from this website, and that are unopened and unused. Items that need to be returned to our warehouse should be done at your own expense.
